    for dahi sandwich recipe we need:
    4 bread slices
    2 tbsp hung curd
    2 tsp chopped carrot
    2 tsp cabbage
    2 tsp bell pepper
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp salt
    The direction of making Dahi ke Sandwich:
    Take the thick 2 cups of curd and drop this over a cheesecloth and completely drain the water. Rest it for overnight. This is called hung curd. Check the video to make Hung Curd for more details. Once the curd ready add it to a mixing bowl.
    Chop carrot, bell peppers and cabbage. Add 2 tsp of carrot, 2 tsp of bell peppers and 2 tsp of cabbage into the hung curd mixture. add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper and combine well.
    Spread the hung curd mix on the bread slice. Close with another bread slice, press gently and serve cold.
