    INGREDIENTS:
    REFRIGERATED:
    6 - chicken eggs.
    PRODUCE:
    1/2 bowl - spring onions (small) (chopped).
    1/3 bowl - carrots (small) (chopped).
    DAIRY:
    1/2 glass - milk (small).
    OILS & VINEGARS:
    1 tsp - olive oil.
    STEP BY STEP :
    On a chopping board;
    -chop spring onions leaves.
    -mince carrots.
    In a bowl big;
    -crack six eggs.
    -beat till smooth.
    -pour milk.
    -mix gently.
    -add spring onions.
    -add carrots too.
    -mix evenly.
    In the non stick pan;
    -pour oil.
    -brush it all over in the pan.
    -turn on the flame, put pan on it.
    -keep heat low.
    -pour the beaten eggs mix enough to get flown on the flat surface over the pan evenly.
    -slightly begin rolling from a side after a minute.
    -continue and refer video for perfect rolling ;)
    -once done with all egg mix, cook for a minute more both sides.
    -turn off the flame.
    -enjoy with ketchup or sriracha ;)
